Color choices for the final

so I can't really decide which color variation to go with...

  • The top left is the one I have worked on the most, with a couple extra hours in CS2
  • Top Right is just the traditional piece scanned in with a little leveling... which after completing I realized the two main faces where a little too pink, oh my!
  • Bottom left is the scanned version with the line work tossed back on top of it, and some color balancing and leveling
  • Bottom right is the same as the bottom left with some variation and a little background work

Each of them have some thing a I like, but I am thinking top left.

great work, seriously.

i'll prob just tell you this in the lab in a second, but graphic seems to work a little better than rendered small, so you don't have to do too much to the individual elements. actually noodling might take away from the impact that they originally had when there was less intricacy

Hmmm I like either the very bottom or very top one! The middle has too many greens or somethin. but im diggin this illustration! I feel like your bringing something new and out of the ordinary to illustration. I really appreciate that in you!

Out of the three, its tough to narrow it down to just one. All of them have there own quality. But if it came down to just one, I would have to go with the center. I really like the natural cools on your face playing with the warm objects up top. Have you tried a darker background/maybe scribbled words? subtle of course!!

I really love the very bottom one it is really cool, and the use of your collage is very interesting, great work I can't wait to see what you do in the future.

I dig the top one. The middle value helps accentuate the contrasting foreground elements. Keep up the badass work.

I like the top left one the best. This piece is killer dude! God stylization, however, parts of the face do in fact irk me a tad.
Still, successssssssss!

Oh and I'll see what I can do about that awful left cheek.
